UAE businesses · global provider network
Find digital providers who have passed our checks.
One brief goes to our verified provider network as an open brief. The first provider to claim it takes it and has 48 hours to send you a proposal. You contract with and pay the provider directly — Navorik never holds your project money.
- Checked against stated criteria
- First to claim takes the brief

Every provider on the network has passed these checks, and membership tier never decides who can claim a brief — the first to claim it takes it.
How it works
Four steps, and you keep the decision
No directory browsing, no bidding war. A person qualifies the brief, then publishes it to our verified provider network — and the first provider to claim it takes it.
Send a brief
One form: what the project is, the budget range, the timeline and who decides. It takes a few minutes, and your details stay private until you approve a provider.
We qualify it
A person checks the budget, the decision-maker, the timeline and the scope — and comes back within one working day with specific questions.
We publish it as an open brief
Every provider who has passed our stated checks can see the need, the category and the budget range — never your company name or contact details. The first provider to claim it takes it, and the brief comes off the network at that moment.
You choose, contract and pay the provider directly
The claiming provider has 48 hours to send you a proposal: price, scope and timeline. You approve or decline — approving releases your details to that provider, and you contract and pay them directly. Declining puts the brief straight back on the network for another provider.
Navorik is not a party to the delivery contract and never holds project funds. Navorik verifies providers, qualifies briefs and runs the introduction, and earns a provider membership plus a disclosed success fee. You and the provider agree the scope, the price, the dates and the terms between you.
Trust
What we check, and what we do not promise
We would rather be precise than impressive. This is the whole list — the same list we verify providers against.
What we check
- Business identity — the entity behind the work, as named
- Domain and email that match the business
- Portfolio ownership — we ask for work the provider can prove is theirs
- References we may contact
- Team size and current capacity for new work
- Price clarity — how they quote, and what their bands mean
- Security and data practices for client information
Verification is against these stated checks at a point in time, and we tell you what we found. It is not an audit of every deliverable.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee outcomes, quality or timelinesVerification is against our stated checks at a point in time. It is not a warranty, and it is not a prediction of how a project will go.
- We do not audit every deliverableWe are not the delivery team and we are not in the room while the work is done. Quality control is part of your contract with the provider.
- We do not choose the provider for youWe do not rank providers or pick one for you. The first provider to claim your brief takes it; we share what we checked, and the decision, the contract and the payment stay yours.
If a provider we introduced does not deliver, our job is to escalate, record it and act on the provider's place in the network — see the complaint path in the FAQ.

Who comes to us
Who comes to us
We are built for buyers who already have a budget and a decision to make — and for the people who advise them.
UAE SMEs with a live, budgeted project
You know what you need and roughly what it should cost. You want a checked provider you can trust instead of a search results page.
Business-setup and accounting firms
You advise clients who need a website, a store or a system. Refer the brief to us and we qualify it and publish it to our verified provider network.
Agencies needing a delivery partner
You have the client and the relationship but not the capacity or the specialism. We publish the overflow to providers who have passed our checks.
International founders wanting a checked provider
You are hiring remotely and do not have time to screen dozens of studios. One brief, qualified — and the provider who claims it has 48 hours to send a proposal.
For providers
For providers
Qualified briefs, open to the network — and commercial terms you see in writing before you speak to anyone.
A verified profile
Verification against our stated checks, recorded in your profile: identity, portfolio ownership, references, capacity and data practices.
Eligibility for relevant briefs
Once active you can see every open brief on the board. The first provider to claim a brief takes it, and you then have 48 hours to send a proposal — price, scope and timeline.
Response tracking
Your claims, proposals and response times are tracked, so response rate and follow-through are visible and count in your favour.
Membership and success fee
- Membership is discussed directly with you — tier and terms, in writing.
- The success fee is always disclosed before any introduction is made.
- It is calculated only on project fees you report collecting from the client.
- No fee is owed on anything that was not disclosed to you beforehand.
We do not show amounts on this page. Membership and fees are commercial terms, agreed with you directly — never published, never a surprise.

Questions before you send a brief
How does matching work?
You send a brief and we qualify it: budget range, decision-maker, timeline and scope. If it is a fit, we publish it to our verified provider network as an open brief. Every provider who has passed our stated checks can see the need, the category and the budget range — never your company name or contact details — and the first provider to claim it takes it, so the brief comes off the network at that moment. That provider then has 48 hours to send you a proposal: price, scope and timeline. You approve or decline. Approving releases your details to them and you contract directly with them; declining puts the brief straight back on the network for another provider.
Is Navorik the developer?
No. Navorik is a marketplace. We do not employ the delivery teams, we do not build the work and we are not a party to the delivery contract. We verify providers against our stated checks, qualify briefs and publish them to the network. The provider does the work.
Who holds the money?
Nobody at Navorik. You contract with the provider directly and pay the provider directly for the project. We never hold, escrow or take custody of project funds, and the provider invoices you for the work.
How are providers checked?
Against our stated criteria: business identity, domain and email, portfolio ownership, references we may contact, capacity, price clarity, and security and data practices. We do not audit every deliverable, we do not guarantee outcomes, quality or timelines, and being listed is not a promise of work.
What does it cost?
Clients do not pay Navorik for matching — our revenue comes from providers. For providers, membership and the success fee are discussed directly and disclosed in writing before any introduction is made. We do not publish amounts or rates, and nothing is ever agreed silently: if it is not disclosed before an introduction, it is not owed.
What if a project goes wrong?
Tell us through the brief form and put the word Complaint at the start of the project title. It is routed to the named owner recorded on your brief and reviewed within one working day. Navorik does not deliver the work and does not hold your money, so we escalate with the provider, record what happened, and can suspend a provider from the network.
Which countries and categories do you cover?
Clients are mostly UAE businesses, and we also work with international founders who want a checked provider without screening a dozen studios. Providers come from our global network. At launch we take three categories only: web and e-commerce, custom software and automation, and digital marketing.
Is my brief confidential?
Yes. Your brief is published to our verified provider network as an open brief only after you tick the consent on the form, and only providers who have passed our stated checks can see it. Your company name and contact details stay hidden until you approve a provider's proposal. It is never public, never sold and never used to market to you.
Send one brief. Meet a provider you can check.
Tell us what you need and we qualify it within one working day. If it is not a fit, we will say so — and if it is, it goes to our verified provider network as an open brief, and the first provider to claim it has 48 hours to send you a proposal.
